Built approximately in the eighteenth century, the villa features ogival arcades and an estate sloping from the top of the hill of Palazzolo, which makes it possible to enjoy a 360° view.
Particularly valuable is the environment that surrounds it; the land is in fact listed under a law of 1939 for "the significant public interest that the vegetation gives to the resort", as stated in the decree.
The building is "L" shaped and consists of a main building from which the squared loggia rises along with and two side sections where pointed and round arches overlap.
A plaque celebrates that from this hill Carlo Alberto, King of Sardinia , Vittorio Emanuele and Ferdinando Maria Dukes of Savoy ruled the battle of Pastrengo on the 30th of April 1848.
