The residence, already owned by the family Palazzoli Boetti, has two floor, in addition to the barn and the cellars. Next to that, there are the cottages which complete the facilities of the agricultural farm.
The manor house is accessed by climbing a double staircase, while above the front door there is a beautiful loggia with a balcony characterized by friezes and a special working.
The existing chapel is dedicated to St. Augustine and dates back to 1696; inside, there is an altarpiece depicting the Madonna and St. Augustine.
The owner family devoted itself to horse farming; this explains those large vaulted porticoes supported by harmonious colonnades that faced the streets and the countryside.
Overlooking the courtyard and placed to the West of the building, there is the barchessa with its characteristic elongated body and marked by seven arches supported by columns with capitals.
